And the customer in connection with the sale of fashion accessories described on the order form and selected by the customer via the https://kazartt.com website.

Shipping and returns

Packages are shipped from our logistics center in Mouscron, Belgium. Returns will also take place at the same location.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

KAZARTT undertakes not to divulge any personal information about its customers.

Validation by the customer of the order placed on the https://kazartt.com website implies unreserved acceptance of all the present terms and conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions.

The photographs illustrating the products on the website or any other document are not part of the contractual field. KAZARTT reminds us that the belts we sell are made by hand, which can result in a certain singularity in each product.

KAZARTT reserves the right to cancel an order, by informing the consumer if deliveries cannot be ensured in the customer’s geographical area (technical and/or financial impossibilities).

Price list

Prices published on the kazartt.com online store are in euros. All prices include VAT on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the price of products on sale in the kazartt.com online store.

Offers on products on sale in the kazartt.com online store will be displayed in the “Offers” section or they will be indicated in the product sheet and, by default, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Vouchers will have a specific validity and conditions of use. Consult the specifications of each voucher before use.

Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the relationship between kazartt.com and the customer and / or user at the time he gives his consent during the contracting process by checking the corresponding box.

The contractual purchase relationship will lead in exchange to the delivery of a product at a certain price determined on the website.

Payment methods

When placing an order, the customer is free to choose the method of payment:

By credit or debit card via the bank’s virtual POS. By this means of payment, the buyer must provide his card number, expiry date and CVV number. In this case, the data will be encrypted and sent under secure server to the bank’s virtual point of sale. This procedure does not provide kazartt.com with any information about the credit card used.
Paypal: the customer will be redirected to a secure Paypal page. Paypal will process the payment securely. KAZARTT will not receive any sensitive information.
Bank transfer: The buyer may also make payment by this method. He/she must make a bank transfer (specifying the order reference in the order) within a maximum of 3 working days from completion of the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if confirmation of the transfer is not received after this period. The bank account number will be communicated to the customer when he/she chooses this method of payment. This is a bank account with ING Spain.

Product

The offers presented by the online store kazartt.com are valid within the limits of available stocks and the dates established for such an offer. The online store kazartt.com reserves the right to modify the range of products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

If the selected product is not available in stock, the customer will be informed when placing the order. The customer may decide to go ahead with the purchase or not. Please allow up to 7 working days for the product to be manufactured and dispatched.

International shipments outside the European Union

Products sent outside the European Union are not subject to value-added tax (VAT) at the corresponding rate charged by the Spanish government on the goods purchased. Once the package arrives in your destination country, any customs or import duties levied by the government of the destination country must be borne by the recipient/customer.

KAZARTT is not responsible for any additional costs imposed by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges that the recipient accepts responsibility for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, etc.). KAZARTT has no control over these fees and cannot predict what each country’s government will charge you. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, and are often subject to change. KAZARTT advises all customers to contact their local customs office for further information before placing an order on the kazartt.com website.

Furthermore, KAZARTT cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer who refuses to pay customs duties.

In addition, KAZARTT will always receive payment in euros. However, the customer’s bank may specify a different currency value. Again, KAZARTT is not responsible for any conversions or additional charges related to the credit card used.

User registration

You do not need to be registered to browse the online store and add products to the shopping cart. However, to complete the purchase, the customer must register and create an account. We will ask you for your personal data to generate your customer file. This data will be protected under the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the protection of personal data.

With your user account, you can make purchases and benefit from discounts, promotions and gifts that we offer our customers.

In your account, you can consult the history and details of your orders, your delivery addresses, your payment methods, your discount vouchers, and so on.

Purchasing process

To purchase from the online store, you must be a registered user and over 18 years of age.

Add the products you want to your basket. To confirm your purchase, click on “Confirm”. We will ask you for your delivery address and billing address. (You can use the same address for both).

Then, depending on the country to which the parcel is to be delivered, you will be offered one or more delivery methods. Some are faster and more expensive. Once the method has been selected, the price is automatically recalculated and updated.
Delivery rates are calculated according to the delivery address, the total weight of the parcel and the type of delivery (normal or express).

To finalize your order, you must choose the method of payment, either by bank transfer, debit/credit card or Paypal.

Warranties

Repair and/or replacement will be free of charge for the user. This will include the expenses necessary to correct the lack of conformity of the products, shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

The customer must send the defective products by his own means. Once the order has been received and approved, KAZARTT will replace the product by sending it to the customer carriage paid, without the customer having to pay any additional costs.

Disputes

Any disputes will be subject to Spanish law and the competent courts.
