If all the products from your order are in stock, the order is prepared and sent within 1 business day.
Depending on the country and the delivery method chosen, the order can take between 1 to 7 business days to be delivered.
If we are out of stock for at least one item from your order, you will be informed while placing the order. If you decide to keep the out-of-stock product in your basket and carry on with your purchase, please note that since we are working with artisan ,it can take up to 5 business days to have your product ready.
Once all the products from your basket are available, we’ll proceed with the shipment.
Your order will be delivered to your chosen address.
Your delivery address can defer from your billing address.
Our collaborating transporters only deliver during week days. Therefore no delivery will be made on Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays.
The delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier.
Once the order is received by the client, it is the client’s responsibility to verify the content of the delivery to ensure the purchase and the delivery are matching.
In case of anomaly or mistake, we ask our customers to report it to us as soon as possible in order to correct the fault in brief delays.
Claim for orders not received
We invite our customers to contact us if few days after the set delivery delay if the goods have still not been received.

We will do our best to deliver your order in the briefest delay, or put in place a refund in the case the order cannot be delivered.
Please bear in mind that most of our orders are sent on the day of purchase, so if you decide to cancel it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible.
If the parcel hasn’t left our shop yet, we’ll simply cancel the order and reimburse you the integrality of the payment, including the shipping costs.
Please note that the refund on our side will be done immediately. However, it can take few days for the banks to process it. Especially between different countries.
Our customers have 14 calendar days from the date of reception to return the goods to us. No justification is needed and with no extra fee except for costs related to the sending which will be assumed by the customer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, it can not be damaged or showing any irrefutable proof of use.
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to contact KAZARTT by mail or phone.
The communication must contain the following information:
- Identification information: full name and address
- Order number
- Product description
- The will to renounce
- Date of communication
If this request is sent by paper mail, it will also have to be signed.
We will get in touch with you shortly in order to acknowledge your request to return the product and to guide you in the procedure that follows the request.
From the date the procedure starts, the customer will have 14 calendar days to return the package to KAZARTT. The good has to be sent back in its original box, in perfect state and with a copy of the invoice. The parcel will be sent to the following address:

Once we receive the product at KAZARTT’s shop, or once the customer has submitted the proof of the goods’ return, KAZARTT will refund the customer.
