If you are not satisfied, we will give you your money back

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product, you have up to 14 days after reception to ask for a change, a refund or a voucher which you can use on www.kazartt.com.

We will only accept returned products in their original box as received and unused.
If those conditions aren’t met, the reimbursement will be refused.

Excluding a mistake from KAZARTT, if the customer decides to send the product back, it will be the customer’s responsibility to send it to KAZARTT’s office (Barcelona, Spain). The costs of this shipment will have to be assumed by the sender.
